Schedule
Hour-long classes run Mon to Fri at 6:15am, 7:15am, 8:15am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, and 7:30pm. Sat classes at 9:00am, 10:00am, and 11:00am. Plus, enjoy Open Access training for 5 hours daily (Mon–Fri), with weekend access coming soon.

Absolutely. Our training is designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced lifters. Every session is coached, so you’ll learn proper technique step by step. You’ll never be left on your own — we’ll guide you through the basics, build your confidence, and progress at a pace that suits you.
You’ll likely feel progress within weeks — more energy, better sleep, and improved strength. We focus on long-term, sustainable results that actually last.
Machines fix you into a single movement path, which can feel safe but doesn’t build the stabilising muscles your body needs in real life. Free weights, on the other hand, train natural movement — the way your body is meant to bend, lift, and move.
That’s no issue. We adapt every session to suit your needs, and our coaches are experienced in helping you train safely and confidently around injuries.
