Using our state-of-the-art body composition analyzer, we can get an in depth look at your bodyfat and muscle mass levels. This allows us to monitor progress and change the approach as needed.

Regular Fitness Analysis

We like to have regular fitness analysis days in the gym to show progress and improvements in fitness levels. Our Fitness analysis tools also help us to identify any easy wins for you that we can work on in the future. These sessions are a great chance to see and celebrate the progress you have made.

Support and Guidance

With regular accountability and in depth check-in appointments your coach is just a message away. We see what is working and what needs to be changed and then  provide resources and strategies to help you move forward.

Meet The FitWithin Team

Tom Gannon

Owner

I’ve committed the last 11 years of my life to building systems that help people to get access to incredible coaching at affordable prices. When I opened one of the very first garage gyms in 2010 at the tail end of a recession people said I was mad. 

“Nobody wants to train in a warehouse that doesn’t even have showers.” 

25 people turned into 200 and the rest is history. 

I am deeply curious about how to effectively make small sustainable changes that compound into incredible results in all areas of life. We all have a huge amount of potential that can be unlocked with the right coach, at the right time and in the right environment. Seeing people do and achieve things they once thought were impossible is incredibly inspiring.

Rick Nally

Head Coach

Rick is an experienced and thorough coach who is constantly seeking to improve his coaching skillset and expand his knowledge base. Rick took his love for sport and fitness and turned it into a career, coaching and helping people to achieve their health, fitness, and performance goals. A talented distance runner, Rick received a sports scholarship to the University of North Texas where he studied for his MSc in Kinesiology. Rick also has a BSc in Health and Performance from UCD. Rick believes in balancing fitness with enjoyment and is focused on helping people achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle that is sustainable.

Ben Mahony

Coach

Ben has coached people from all walks of life and helped them achieve their health and fitness goals. From elite athletes to weekend warriors and everyone in between, Ben has a wealth of experience in improving physical performance and helping people realise their ambition for a healthier and happier life. Ben has a BSc in Sports Science from DCU, and a MSc in Strength and Conditioning Training from the University of Edinburgh. Ben is also an accredited Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with the United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association. Ben believes that health and fitness should be a priority for everybody and that it is never too late to start training and looking after your body.

Sam Donnelly

Coach

Sam is an enthusiastic coach who combines his years of training experience with a great energy, making him a very knowledgeable and fun coach to train with. Sam has successfully coached numerous clients and helped them achieve their desired fitness and body composition goals. Sam has also worked in the extremely rewarding field of coaching physical activity to the elderly population and people with chronic diseases. Sam has a BSc in Sports Science and health from TUD and a weightlifting coaching qualification from Weightlifting Ireland.
