Coaches include international athletes, dietitians & experienced lifters. Each member gets a coach for accountability and support. Small-group training: personal focus + group energy = results.

Our hour-long sessions run morning, midday, and evening — so you can train when it works best for you. Every class is coached, structured, and focused on results, never just “going through the motions.”

What does it cost?

Unlimited sessions, fixed monthly price.

Price per class: €19 (annual commitment) or €23 (monthly). Based on training 3 times a week — but it’s a fixed monthly price, even if you train 5 times per week! 💡 Many members save up to 50% when their employer pays through payroll or a wellness scheme — a tax-efficient way to train.

I'm a beginner & have limited gym experience - is this for me?

Absolutely. Our training is designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced lifters. Every session is coached, so you’ll learn proper technique step by step. You’ll never be left on your own — we’ll guide you through the basics, build your confidence, and progress at a pace that suits you.

What kind of results can I realistically expect — and how long will it take?

You’ll feel progress within weeks — more energy, better sleep & improved strength. We focus on long-term, sustainable results that actually last.

Are free weights more dangerous than machines?

Machines fix you into a single movement path, which can feel safe but doesn’t build the stabilising muscles your body needs in real life. Free weights, on the other hand, train natural movement — the way your body is meant to bend, lift, and move.

What if I have an injury or a specific limitation?

That’s no issue. We adapt every session to suit your needs, and our coaches are experienced in helping you train safely and confidently around injuries.
